We help service-based founders go from overlooked to in-demand, with brand strategy, messaging, and websites that attract the right clients, build trust and make it for them to say yes.
You’ve built your small business from scratch. Late nights, DIY fixes, figuring things out as you went. And it’s worked… to a point.
You’re doing work you’re proud of, but the business still isn’t creating the trust or recognition it deserves.
Now, you want the business to reflect the quality of what you actually do, so the right clients recognise the value behind it.
You’ve already built something valuable. Now it needs to be seen that way.
What you really need is someone who can come in, look at what’s already there, and see where things have become disconnected.
That’s hard to do when you’ve been too close to it for too long.
Equip Digital helps female founders create brands and websites that reflect the quality of their work.
Building a business myself made me realise how many women are quietly carrying the pressure of trying to prove the value of what they do.
After a decade designing for national brands, I was let go during maternity leave.
By email. No conversation. Just gone, after years of proving myself.
I launched a small eCommerce business from my kitchen table, juggling nap times, post office runs, and client work.
That experience completely changed the way I saw business. I started noticing how many women were struggling to be seen for the value they brought.
That’s the work I focus on now, helping female founders create brands and websites that feel more aligned with the quality of the business behind them.
Most of the women I work with are busy trying to do more.
They’ve put in the time, tested different approaches, and got things working, for where they were.
But as the business grows, cracks start showing up in ways that are harder to ignore:
It’s not always obvious straight away, but it shows up.
The way the business presents online is quietly undermining the value of the work behind it.
So it becomes a case of stepping back, looking at what’s already there, and fixing what’s not working.
Seeing it as a whole, not in pieces.
The hard part is done. You’ve built a business people genuinely value. But the way it’s presented online still feels like an earlier version of the business.
This probably sounds familiar:
And honestly, you’re tired of patching things together as you go.
You’re ready for the business to feel more cohesive, trusted, and easier to stand behind. And you’re looking for someone who can bring clarity, perspective, and a calmer approach to the process.
Depending on what’s feeling out of sync in the business, there are a few different ways we can approach the work.
Your business has grown, but the brand still feels pieced together.
Designed to help your business look more established and easier to trust.
You know the value of what you do, but explaining it still takes too much effort.
Designed to help you communicate with more confidence and stop blending in.
You’ve outgrown your website, but you don’t need to start from scratch.
Designed to make the business easier to trust, navigate and choose.
Your business has evolved, but the online presence still feels disconnected or overly reliant on workarounds.
Designed for businesses ready to move beyond patching things together and invest in a stronger long-term foundation.
The website is beautiful and I’ve had clients tell me they reached out because my site felt so professional and easy to navigate. For the first time, I feel confident sharing my URL!

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
If your business has grown but your brand and website haven’t quite caught up yet, that’s a good place to start.
Most people say the same thing – things feel easier.
You’re not overthinking what to say, second-guessing your website, or trying to piece your branding and messaging together anymore. The business feels clearer, and you’re not carrying as much of it mentally.
A lot of clients have.
The difference is we’re not starting with visuals or jumping straight into a website design. We look at how the whole business comes across first; your positioning, messaging, and how everything connects.
That’s usually where the real shift happens.
No – most clients are based across Australia.
We can work remotely, so location doesn’t affect the process.
If you’re not sure, that’s usually a sign things have become a bit disconnected.
We can look at what’s currently there and work out what will actually make the biggest difference, rather than jumping straight into a full rebuild.
